More Than a Drink: The New Ritual of the Bar
There was a time when a drink at the bar wasn't simply about what was in the glass. It was about how you wanted to feel.
Across cultures and centuries, people have turned to herbs, roots, flowers, fruits, spices, and other botanicals to create concentrated drinks meant to be savored slowly. These elixirs became part of rituals, something shared at the beginning of an evening, enjoyed with conversation, or reached for when it was time to slow down.
Today, we're bringing that spirit back to the bar.
A Different Kind of Drinking Experience
Our Botanical Elixir program was created around a simple idea…
A great drink should offer more than just flavor. It should create a moment.
We've created a collection of botanical cocktails built around different personalities and occasions.
Some are bright and vibrant.
Some are crisp and herbaceous.
Some are floral, smooth, and mellow.
The idea isn't to tell you what you should drink.
It's to let you decide what kind of evening you're having.
Zero-Proof Doesn't Mean Zero Experience
One of the things we love most about the elixir program is that you don't have to drink alcohol to have a sophisticated cocktail experience.
Every elixir can be enjoyed zero-proof, carefully crafted with layers of flavor, texture, aroma, and botanical character.
No compromise. No afterthought.
Just a thoughtfully made drink that happens to contain no alcohol.
But if you'd like to take it somewhere else, you can.
Elevate Your Elixir
Each of our elixirs can also be elevated with a carefully selected spirit or sparkling wine.
Add vodka to Twin Flame.
Gin to The Muse.
Bourbon to Midnights.
Prosecco to The Sunflower.
The botanical foundation stays at the center of the experience, while the added spirit changes the character of the drink.
It's the same idea, approached from a different direction.
Zero-proof or elevated. The choice is yours.
Seven Elixirs. Seven Different Moments.
Our collection was designed to move with the evening.
Twin Flame is bright, vibrant, and energizing, with peach, lemon, and fresh mint.
The Muse is crisp and herbaceous, bringing together cucumber, white grape, lemon, and rosemary.
Midnights is softer and more contemplative, with chamomile, honey, vanilla, and delicate florals.
Secret Garden takes inspiration from the garden, combining strawberry, elderflower, lemon, mint, and florals.
The Sunflower is sunny and citrus-forward, with fresh orange, blood orange, and thyme.
Afterglow brings a tropical, sparkling character through pineapple, lime, and coconut water.
And Overdrive takes things in a darker direction, pairing cold brew, maple, chocolate, and aromatic botanicals.
Different flavors. Different moods. Different moments.
Choose Your Feeling
Guests are becoming more curious about what they drink, how they drink, and why they drink it. A night out doesn't have to fit neatly into one category. You can have a zero-proof cocktail at the beginning of the evening and an elevated one later. You can alternate between the two. You can drink differently from the person sitting next to you.
There are no rules.
That's what we wanted our Botanical Elixir program to reflect.
Come for the flavor. Stay for the feeling.
Choose your elixir.
And let the evening unfold.
An elixir isn't designed to make you intoxicated. It's designed to help you feel something—without alcohol.
What Exactly Is an Elixir?
An elixir is a sophisticated, alcohol-free beverage formulated with botanicals, herbs, functional ingredients, and natural flavors to deliver more than taste.
While alcohol produces its effects by acting directly on the brain and nervous system, an elixir takes a different approach. Its ingredients are selected for their potential to support experiences such as relaxation, calm, focus, or uplifted mood—without alcohol.
The result is not an alcohol-free version of being drunk. It's something different: a clear-headed beverage experience designed around how you want to feel.
Because ingredients vary from one elixir to another, the experience can vary too. That's what makes each formula unique.
